众生都为了生活必须奔波劳碌，因业力形成五蕴而造成痛苦……。人间的苦难是一面镜子，它、他、她让我们看到世间的苦状，而起警惕、原谅、包容、感恩、慈悲及解脱轮回之心。愿大家福慧双修，依八正道，观四念处，熄灭贪嗔痴，解脱轮回之苦海，圆满真实幸福。

在此感谢禅师Suvanno长老给予我信心及指导我观四念处智慧禅。

“All living beings have to keep themselves busy for a living. The kamma causing the formation of five aggregates (mind and matter) and this further create suffering ……. The suffering in this world is just like a mirror. It, He, She, all let us see the suffering. This will lead us to awareness, forgiveness, tolerance, gratitude, compassion and the wisdom and determination to escape from Samsara, Strive Diligently.
I hope everyone to cultivate both merits and wisdom follow the Noble Eightfold Path and Four Foundation of Mindfulness; extinct greed, anger and delusion to escape from the suffering of Samsara, attain Nibbana.
